What to do if you are denied an immigration procedure

Generally the Mexican government refuses entry or changes in  a foreigner's immigration status for any of the following reasons:
  • Does not have immigration documents or has an impediment to be admitted.
  • Has violated the laws of Mexico.
  • Has observed misconduct during stay in the country.
  • Having  a poor record abroad.
  • Not meeting the requirements of the General Population Law, its regulations or other administrative provisions applicable in the matter.
  • When after being expelled from Mexico, has reentered the country when the term to reenter has not transpired.
  • When his presence is considered prejudicial or does not have the income needed for personal subsistence or for the people under his economic dependence.
  • When their presence is detrimental to the national economic interests.
  • Because of having a contagious disease, which poses a risk to public health or is not physically or mentally healthy.
The obligation of the immigration authorities when having denied an immigration procedure is to notify the foreigner of the motives, reasons or causes for which he is being denied or processed and the articles of the law, regulation or rule that is funding their determination. If this happens to you keep the original document; as against this negative decision you can legally oppose or promote a recourse, an injunction or an administrative trial.
Our legal team is prepared to help you in the promotion of legal analysis that you require to suspend the negative effects of these decisions, and prevent you from being expelled from Mexico. We are at your disposal to advise you on all the promotion of his defense at our offices located at Isaac Garza Street No. 1326 Pte. between Porfirio Diaz and Ignacio L.
